Getting closer...

Nycole has been on bed rest for about 8 weeks now. She has about 10 weeks to go until the due date. However, April 17th is the 37 week mark and that's the point where the baby would no longer be premature. That's about 7 weeks away, so if she can make it to that date then we'd feel a lot better.

Nycole went to her OB yesterday and everything looks good. Cassandra is 3 lbs, 3 oz and that's right about where she should be. The OB says Nycole can go off of the medications that is preventing the pre-term labor around April 3rd, which is about 5 weeks away. So, we're feeling more upbeat and positive at this point.

Nathaniel is the head of the household. He orders everybody around. Of course we don't always do what he says, but most of the time we do, lol. He is starting to wear regular underwear now, but we put a diaper or pull-up on him at night and during naps. It's all part of our potty training plan.

Nycole's mom took Nathaniel to the fire station and the fireman let him play around in a fire truck. He got to turn on the lights and siren, which startled him a little, but he loved it.
